Providencia Capital is pleased to announce that Anush Arulsothy will be joining the firm as Head of Investment Banking, North America. More recently Mr. Arulsothy was Manager of Corporate Development for Vela Software and Volaris Group at Constellation Software.

Mr. Arulsothy has over 10 years of tech strategy experience, half of which was spent with Nissan Motor Company, advancing the global technology purchasing process and implementing innovative sales programs. The balance of his career has been spent in both deal origination and transaction execution across a number of industries including Construction, Field Services, ITSM and Asset Management. Mr. Arulsothy, through both his previous firms, has participated in several hundred engagements with software founders to execute strategic partnerships and help founders achieve their capital goals.
